Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of concretedesignsllc.com and any project work performed by Concrete Designs LLC, a Florida-licensed concrete and outdoor living contractor. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use this site in any way that could disable, overload, or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
- Use any automated system (robots, scrapers, etc.) to access the site without our written permission
- Copy, modify, distribute, or republish content from this site without our written permission
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including photos of completed projects, text, logos, designs, and trademarks — is the property of Concrete Designs LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Project photos shown on our gallery and service pages are from actual Concrete Designs LLC installations. We use them for marketing purposes with the implicit consent of homeowners (no addresses or identifying information shown). If you are a former client and would like a photo of your project removed, please email manny@concretedesignsllc.com.
Quotes, estimates, and project scope
Free quotes provided through this website or in person are not binding contracts. A binding agreement is created only when you sign a written contract or work order with Concrete Designs LLC.
Quotes are based on the project scope described at the time of estimate. Changes to scope — including additional square footage, upgraded materials, or design changes — may require a written change order and may affect the final price and timeline.
Sample monthly payments shown on financing-related pages are illustrative only. Your actual rate, term, and payment depend on creditworthiness, loan amount, and the lender. See our financing page and the full disclosure there.
Payment terms
Specific payment schedules are set by the written contract for each project. In general:
- A deposit is typically required to schedule materials and crew time
- Progress payments are due at agreed-upon milestones
- Final payment is due upon project completion and walkthrough
- Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Florida law
Financing arrangements made through third-party lenders (Wisetack, Wells Fargo) are governed by the lender's terms, not these Terms.
Warranties and limitations
Concrete Designs LLC provides workmanship warranties consistent with industry standards and Florida licensing requirements. The exact warranty terms for your project will be set out in your written contract.
Concrete naturally cures over time and may develop minor hairline cracks; this is considered normal and is not a defect. Material warranties (paver manufacturers, pergola manufacturers, etc.) are provided separately by the manufacturer.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. The site is provided “as is.”
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Concrete Designs LLC's total liability arising out of these Terms or your use of this website is limited to $100 or the amount you have paid us for services in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Florida consumer-protection law or our obligations under our state contractor's license.
Third-party services
This website may include or link to third-party services (Wisetack, Wells Fargo, Google Maps, social media, GoHighLevel chat, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Concrete Designs LLC harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to a project we have completed for you will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless we agree otherwise in writing or unless mandatory law requires another venue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
